What makes these puzzles large print?

Type roughly double a standard puzzle book, in every type we publish. The word searches use a 12 x 12 grid with about 14 words, so each letter prints at roughly a third of an inch on a Letter sheet, and words run forward only (across, down, or diagonally down). The sudoku print one puzzle per page on a 6.1 inch grid with 26 point digits. The cryptograms use wide writing boxes with the cipher letters set about half again the usual size.

Who are large print puzzles for?

Anyone who prefers bigger type: readers with low vision, seniors, and activity programs in retirement and assisted-living communities. Activity directors are welcome to print as many copies as they need.
